Our Mission
At Figjam Fish Slayer Spearguns, we are dedicated to providing stylish and highly functional spearguns. We aim to cater to both scuba and freedivers. We have designed a simple to use speargun that will set you apart from the rest of the crowd. Providing durability and style from a traditional wooden speargun. When I chose to do an open track with a deep slot. I did so in order to provide the most versatile speargun i could think of. The deep , open slot provides an easy access to reload the spear. While giving just enough guide to make for acurate shots, without the added drag of an enclosed track. The deep , open slot also allows for a reload from the rear when free shafting. With the added bonus of an easy to clear track when the fish is in very close range. Your not likely to destroy the tip of the gun when the shaft doesnt clear the track all the way. The drop butt is an added feature that allows for a clear line of sight down the length of the gun, and aids in aiming. A magnet in the top of the track helps to keep the shaft from rattling or falling out . It is not sufficient to cause drag , or retain the shaft without the line attached.
In short, you can set these spearguns up for free shaft with a slip ring, line shaft with a reel, or a combination .
